Should Cabrera's Suspension Affect Giants?

My view on the PED era is that it is cursed, and a black mark on the dockett of MLB forever. But how long is an era? Current MLB punishments and drug testing methods don't seem to be stopping players from cheating, aka Ryan Braun keeping his MVP trophy last year due to a discrepancy in the test process. So basically, you can cheat and get away with it if the guy that keeps the test screws up somehow. Not that the test was incorrect, but that Braun found a loophole to get him out of the punishment. And now Melky Cabrera is suspended for 50 games. I think all of his stats should be erased since his last negative test, and the Giants should be given losses in all the games in which he directly helped them win. I.E. any walkoff hits or go ahead runs. If not, isn't MLB knowingly allowing his team to benefit from steroids? That doesn't seem fair at all. Is that the next DH? Each MLB team will get a Designated Steroid User that can help them win games until that player (the DSU) gets caught. That is the track that MLB is on. Cheating to win isn't really winning.
